Communication in Full Transparence

Dear Mr Gilson, President of QSI,

Tirana International School is part of QSI network.

Tirana International School is a private non-profit institution that opened in September of 1991. It offers high quality education in the English language for elementary and secondary students from 3 years through 17 years of age. The school facilities are located in converted residences inside a residential compound. The facilities are adequate for the current enrollment, and there is sufficient playground space for the students. Teachers live in nearby housing.

Please note there is a new QSI - Tirana International School Forum at the following adress:
http://qsitisforum.blogspot.com/

This Forum is an open space to debate, express one's opinion, share problems and find solutions, share experiences, to help to build a better school environment within QSI-Tirana International School. It also aims to fill the gap on communication, which we parents also believe is key to success.

You are most welcome to read and contribute to the Forum.

Best regards,

The Forum

That's the point, there is no transparence at TIS, and what do you mean: "Tirana International School is a private non-profit institution that opened in September of 1991. It offers high quality education in the English language for elementary and secondary students from 3 years through 17 years of age. The school facilities are located in converted residences inside a residential compound. It seems everything in this quote is a diversion from the truth. QSI is not a non-profit organisation - if it were it would use the hundreds of thousands it gains every year to provide a better facility. The facilities are definitely not adequate, there is no sufficient playground space and reportedly, the poor teachers suffer in the nearby housing facilities. This school is a mockery of an educational institution.
